Getting your Celerant site up and running with ClearSale has never been easier!

Once you have an agreement in place with ClearSale, you can be live with Celerant in 2 quick steps

First Step

Email sales@celerant.comwith your ClearSale API Key, Client ID and Client Secret. 

Their team will create a work order and submit it to their web team to implement. Be on the lookout for their response and don't forget to check your spam folder!"


These credentials will be emailed to you from the ClearSale integration team upon signing your agreement.

Second Step 

Wait for a response from the Celerant team to let you know that everything has been configured.

Once you’ve received the ok from Celerant, you’re live and protected with ClearSale!

You’ll find the status of all your orders under the Fraud drop down menu in your Celerant admin.


Orders “Pending by ClearSale” mean that they are under manual review by our team and once the review is complete, the order status will then change to “Order Approved” or “Order Rejected” by ClearSale.




Customer Service – For questions related to order analysis and requests.


Technical Support – For general technical inquiries regarding the extension / functions.


Integration Support – For questions related to the initial setup and use of the extension.
