Eduardo graduated in Statistics from the State University of Campinas (also called UNICAMP), with MBA in Business Management at FIA Business School, worked for about 10 years in some of the biggest Brazilian retail companies, such as C&A, Pão de Açúcar and Riachuelo, structuring analytical areas with focus to apply strategies in several areas of knowledge.
Has experience as Product, Marketing and Analytics Executive Director at Minuto Seguros, a digital startup known as one of the biggest insurtechs in Brazil. He was one of the main ones responsible for the company's accelerated growth process, actively participating in strategic decisions. He also was the Sales and Marketing Director at Dafiti, in charge of all the investment and Sales of Performance Marketing.
With more than three years of experience at ClearSale, he currently occupies the position of CFO in the company, which is referenced in data intelligence with multiple solutions for different markets. He is responsible for the Operations, Analytics IT, Products, Open Innovation, Customer Success and Data teams.
He also works as Professor at FIA, teaching classes of MBA and graduate courses about topics related to Data Analysis, Statistics, Business Intelligence, Big Data and ROI Marketing. He describes himself as a true agility lover and believes that the implementation of those processes changes the history of a company since the teams can become multi-disciplinary, trust in their process and journeys, and tend to focus more on the results.

Leading smart people to solve complex problems in dynamic environments is Rafael’s signature skill.
As ClearSale’s VP of US Operations, Rafael combines the company’s innovation-driven culture and emphasis on communication with a deep understanding of the statistical tools that underpin excellent fraud protection.
During his nearly 10 years with the company, Rafael has planned and executed ClearSale’s international business unit, directed ClearSale’s statistical intelligence area, and helped manage the company’s growth from 25 to more than 2000 employees.
Rafael has a distinguished academic background. He earned his master's degree in economics and finance at FGV-SP (Fundação Getúlio Vargas-São Paulo), and he holds a bachelor's degree with great distinction in statistics from UNICAMP, internationally recognized as one of the top universities in Brazil and the world.
Managing Director
Sarah Elizabeth is a Managing Director of Product Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Solutions Labs at ClearSale and has been with the company since 2012. During that time, she has developed deep knowledge about fraud prevention. She brings extensive expertise in planning, marketing, go-to-market strategy and sales experience, thanks to a background that spans financial planning, controlling and analysis.
She previously spent five years with Procter & Gamble, and she holds a master’s degree in business from Kellogg School of Marketing at Northwestern University, and bachelor’s and master’s degrees in finance with great distinction from Insper, a leading university in Brazil.

With over a decade of experience in marketing and communications within both the public and private sectors, Elma’s interdisciplinary leadership expertise has been indispensable to the expansion to all of Latin America and the US.

Faye McEachern is ClearSale’s Director of Partnerships and brings nearly 15 years of ecommerce experience to the position. Having that in-depth experience has shown her that businesses often skip the essential research they need to do to understand who they can partner with for success. And that’s where Faye excels. With equal parts creative thinking, close collaboration and humor, she helps businesses find the right partners and then leverage relationship development and clear communication to grow and thrive.
