This page describes the steps necessary to connect the ClearSale Total Protection into an Oracle Commerce Store.
Before the installation, please, make sure that you have access to the ClearSale dashboard.
Please contact integration@clear.sale for any questions about the ClearSale Dashboard or the installation process.
On your Commerce Store Admin go to: Settings > Web APIs > Registered Applications and click Register Application button.
Type ClearSale as the name and click on the Save button.
Click the newly created application with the name typed before.
Click to reveal the Application Key and copy the value.
Log in the ClearSale Dashboard (here for production and here for sandbox).
Go to: Settings > Oracle Commerce settings
Paste the Application Key in the installation form and click Install.
Now, ClearSale is ready to receive your order information and notify you on all decisions made through your Oracle Commerce Store.
Access the ClearSale Client Portal.
Go to Orders -> Search, type your order id and check if the order populated to the ClearSale dashboard, this process can take around 5 minutes
On Oracle Commerce, check the order details, the additional information ClearSale status must be there with the ClearSale decision information.
